Company events
Bring your company event photos together.
Give participants a shared album for your seminar, team evening or launch. They add photos and videos using a link or QR code.
Nothing to deploy, nothing to approve.
Before the event
Create the album, print the QR sign for the welcome desk and the tables, and put the link in the invitation email.During the event
Attendees scan and upload, from any phone, on any operating system. No installation to justify to anyone.Afterwards
You download the whole album in one archive, ready for the internal newsletter, the intranet or next year's deck.
Why this works where the internal tools do not
The obstacle at a company event is never the goodwill. It is the friction: accounts, permissions, devices that are not the company's, and guests who are not employees at all.
- The people photographing are not all on your systems
Clients, partners, speakers, temporary staff, the caterer: nobody is going to grant them a company account for one evening. A link is enough, and it costs nothing to hand out.
- Photos taken on personal phones
Almost every photo of the evening is taken on a device your organisation does not manage. Asking people to install something on their own phone is asking most of them to say no. The browser is already there.
- Hosted in the European Union
The photos live on infrastructure located in the European Union, with OVH, with no facial recognition and no advertising. If your organisation has to be able to answer where the images of its staff are stored, the answer is written down: hosting and GDPR.
- You keep control of what is published
The album can be closed at any moment, and the organiser can remove any media at all. Each person can also withdraw what they uploaded, which is exactly what an image-rights request usually comes down to.
What you actually get back
- Photos in usable quality
A messaging app compresses to a few hundred kilobytes, which is unusable for a printed programme, a poster or a full-width web banner. Here the file you get back is the file that was shot.
- Videos, without a length limit
The full keynote, the sketch, the round of applause: uploaded and played back without an arbitrary limit, and downloaded as shot.
- The room projected as it happens
Photos appear on the screen during the evening, which is the single most reliable way to make people upload. One QR code, one browser tab on the venue's television.
- What it costs
The free trial accepts 20 photos or videos until 30 days after the event (one year at most), with every feature included; the Event plan, at 39 € once (launch price until December 31, 2026; 49 € for new purchases from January 1, 2027), includes 100 GB of storage per album with no limit on the number of photos and videos and keeps it for 2 years. The album is kept for 2 years on the Event plan; an album still on trial is deleted 30 days after the event date (or after its creation, if the album has no event date or one earlier than its creation), and no later than one year after its creation. The detail is on the pricing page.
