Guest book
Your wedding guest book.
Guests can write a note, record a voice message or make a short video from their phone. The guest book opens in their browser, with no app or account.
It is part of your photo album. The same QR code lets guests share pictures and leave a message.

Thanks for such a lovely evening! Our feet still hurt from dancing. Lots of love to you both.

Choose how to leave a message
Written
Write a note of up to 1,000 characters and sign it with your first name.Spoken or filmed
Record up to two minutes of audio or one minute of video. Listen back before sending.Read when you want
By default, organisers see all messages and guests see their own. You can make the guest book visible to everyone with the album link.
Messages to revisit after the wedding
Keep a written memory, a familiar voice or a message filmed together. Each guest chooses the format that suits them.
- Record a memory
An audio message keeps the words and the way they were said. Find the recordings alongside the photos in your album.
- Contribute when it suits you
Guests can leave a message during the reception or open the link after returning home. A quiet spot helps when recording audio.
- One QR code for the album
Photos and messages are in the same album. Mention the guest book on your printable sign so guests know they can leave a message.
- You keep it, with the album
The guest book stays with your album. You can return to read the notes and play the recordings. The album is kept for 2 years on the Event plan; an album still on trial is deleted 30 days after the event date (or after its creation, if the album has no event date or one earlier than its creation), and no later than one year after its creation.
What you control
- Who reads the entries
Choose whether everyone with the album link can read the messages, or only organisers. Guests can always see their own contributions. Changing visibility also affects earlier messages.
- When it closes
You can turn the guest book off in the album settings and leave photo contributions open.
- What gets removed
Guests can remove their messages from the device used to send them. Organisers can remove any entry in their album.
- Where it is stored
Read how the service stores and handles files on the hosting and GDPR page.
