How do we collect our wedding guests’ photos?

Create a shared Medley album and display its QR code at your wedding. Guests upload photos and videos from their phone’s browser. Send the link after the wedding too, so they can add anything they missed.

Do guests need an account?

No. They open the link or scan the QR code, enter their first name and choose photos to upload. Only the organiser needs an account to manage the album.

Where should we put the wedding QR code?

On the tables, at the entrance or by the photo booth. A printable sign comes with the album. Add a short invitation to share photos so guests know what the code is for.

Can guests add photos after the party?

Yes, using the same link, for as long as you keep uploads open. Send it again the next day so guests can add the photos they haven’t shared yet.

Does Medley replace a wedding photographer?

No. Your photographer creates the professional record of your day. Medley collects the photos and videos your guests take alongside it, from their own point of view.

The practical details

Guests: No app, no account: a QR code or a link, from the phone's browser.
Photos and videos: 20 photos or videos on the trial, every feature included; no limit on the number of photos and videos within 100 GB of storage per album on the Event plan. Original files are delivered in the ZIP archive.
Price: Free trial until 30 days after the event (one year at most), no card needed; Event plan at 39 € including tax (launch price until December 31, 2026; 49 € for new purchases from January 1, 2027), paid once.
Retention: The album is kept for 2 years on the Event plan; an album still on trial is deleted 30 days after the event date (or after its creation, if the album has no event date or one earlier than its creation), and no later than one year after its creation.
Hosting: In the European Union, in France at OVH; GDPR compliant, no facial recognition, no ads.
Included: Live slideshow to project during the party, guest book in writing, voice or video, reactions and comments.
