The truest keepsake is the complete album of their last day. They open a link, download the lot in one go, and have no account to create at any point.

A retirement is the moment to bring years of memories back together. Everyone finds a picture in their phone from an old offsite or a project that finally shipped, and adds it to the same album as the ones from the party.
- Nothing to install, hosted in the EU
The QR code opens the album in the browser: no app, no software request to raise with IT, and photos hosted in the European Union with OVH, under the GDPR. The same tool covers your company events and offsites.
Twenty colleagues, twenty messages, no video editing.
The surprise video: everyone thinks of it and almost nobody makes it. You have to ask each person for their clip, cut it together, and start three weeks ahead. The album's guest book gives the same present another way: everyone records their piece from their own phone, behind the QR code already standing by the buffet.

One album setting decides who reads the messages. Kept to the organisers, they stay invisible to the rest of the team, and to the person concerned if they open the album early. You open the visibility as the present is handed over, and everything appears at once.

The link travels by email just as well as it scans on the wall. The regional office, the colleague on leave, the head of department who moved on last year: each of them leaves their message from wherever they are, in the same album.
- The album leaves with the person
The album is kept for 2 years on the Event plan; an album still on trial is deleted 30 days after the event date (or after its creation, if the album has no event date or one earlier than its creation), and no later than one year after its creation. Long enough for the slowest colleagues to dig out their photos, and for the person leaving to download the whole thing in one archive and take it home, in original quality.
